The application should be no more than two-three pages and should include the following information:
A brief description of the applicant organization and what the applicant does
A brief description of the project, including goals and proposed outcomes
The budget for the project, and the amount requested
The applicant’s website address, if one is available
A contact name, full street address, telephone number and e-mail address
Canada Revenue Agency charitable number
The applicant’s legal name.

Form letters and mass mailings will not be considered.
Deadline for applications is October 15th each year.
A selections committee will review applications and results will be announced in early January (approximately 12-14 weeks later).
